DESCRIPTION:Formed on Canvey Island in Essex in the early 1970s Dr. Feelgood remains one of the most popular and exciting live rhythm and blues acts in the world. The raw and uncompromising style of their performance resulted in the album Stupidity that immediately went to the number one position in the UK charts. \nDr. Feelgood have also enjoyed global success with a string of hit singles including Roxette\, Back in the Night\, Milk and Alcohol\, Down at the Doctors\, She Does it Right\, Going Back Home andSee You Later Alligator – which gave the group their first gold record. \nThe last album to feature Lee Brilleaux  – Down at the Doctors\, was recorded live at the Dr. Feelgood Music Bar on Canvey Island\, (now the site of the Oysterfleet Hotel) just two months before he died. \nThe current line up features the rhythm section Kevin Morris on drums (42 years) and Phil Mitchellon bass (38 years)\, the return of the legendary Gordon Russell on guitar\, and Robert Kane (formerly of the Animals) who joined in 1999. \nMay 2011 saw the digitally re–mastered re-release of Chessmasters originally released in 2000 on EMI Records … the band’s tribute to the Chess label\, home to many of the finest blues artists of the 20th century and the first Dr Feelgood album to feature Robert on vocals. \nNovember 2022 – the band released Damn Right! an album of all new original material which was highly acclaimed in all markets. \nIn January 2024 a new live album recorded in France was released entitled Live in Caen confirming the band’s continued reputation as a dynamic world-class live act. \ndrfeelgood.org/

DESCRIPTION:Cheryl Baker and Jay Aston – two names that are iconic in Eurovision history – once members of the Eurovision-winning group\, Bucks Fizz\, now known as The Fizz! \nMike Nolan has recently retired but Cheryl and Jay have been joined by Matthew Pateman and Nikk Mager. \nMatthew rose to fame as the lead singer of the 1990’s boy band\, Bad Boys Inc\, and Nikk was a member of the boy band\, Phixx\, after appearing on Popsars: The Rivals\, in 2002.  Both bands had great chart success. \nWith a string of over 20 hits under their belts\, including their No. 1 Hits\,  “Land of  Make Believe”\,  “My Camera Never Lies” and\, of course\, “Making Your Mind Up”\, The Fizz continue to astound their audiences with their vocal prowess and superb entertainment value. \nThe past few years have been incredibly busy\, both on stage and in the studio.
